The Sales Support Manager is a member of the Management Team reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales. You will be responsible for: Strategic sales support leadership with an emphasis on driving our core business through our 6-member sales support team. This person will have control over: Sales Support direction, staffing/leadership needs, performance management/coaching, and compensation.

The Sales Support Manager will need:

An individual with a demonstrated track record of sales support management success, development, and growth.

A mindset of leading continuous process improvement related to customer service, sales support, order management, identifies operation issues and resolves complex customer requests or complaints.

BA, BS, or MS science related field preferred.

5+ years customer service and administrative experience. A big emphasis in having experience in our industry.

Knowledge of:

Salesforce / Sage system (preferred)

Chemical and scientific terms

MS Office computer package (Advanced Level)
