Sales Sample Assistant

Background

• Works under general supervision of the Sales Manager
• Serve as member of the Sales/Sales Support Team, performing the management of distribution of sales sample and associated paperwork
• Will support and monitor several different support tasks to assist Sales role

Tasks

• Interact with Jost Sales department to monitor the sales sample database and email notification and insure appropriate completion of all details to sales sample submissions
• Manage distribution of sales samples and associated paperwork(e.g. COAs, spec sheets, nutritional information, SDS sheets); arrange appropriate shipments
• Oversee Sales Sample Process and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate the communication between Jost QA and Jost Sales on customer complaints
• Coordinate the Jost internal communication for specification sign offs, customer credit set up, documentation, pricing documentation in Lotus Notes
• Compile and send out requested literature/green sheets/tan sheets etc. to sales reps and compiling and e-mailing sales reports (open order report).
• Cross trained with the Sales Support Traffic Coordinator

Specifications

• BA/BS degree
