Jost Chemical, www.jostchemical.com, a global leader in the manufacture of high purity specialty chemicals for pharmaceutical products is looking for a Sales Director to serve as a partner with the CEO in growing North American and International Sales. Role...

The Director-Sales will be a member of the Management team reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for: Strategic sales leadership with an emphasis on driving growth in our core business through our existing six-member sales force. This person will have complete control over: Sales direction, staffing/leadership needs, sales development, succession planning, performance management/coaching, and compensation.

The Director of Sales will need:

An individual with a demonstrated track record of progressive success and growth.

An Entrepreneurial mindset.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; advance degree preferred.

10 + years Sales and Sales Leadership, with experience in the area of solution selling, new account acquisition, existing account growth. An understanding of "what it takes" mentality. A big emphasis in having experience in our industry.
