Position: Full time

Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA expectations
• Strong technical writing skills and understanding of complex processes and technical equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity demands

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation, Operation, and Performance Qualifications (IOPQ) (Production Equipment)
• Assistance in IOPQ of instrumentation (Laboratory Equipment)
• Work in concert with Project Engineering on new production equipment installations
• Risk Evaluations / Intrusive Maintenance Evaluations of work conducted
• Complete Mock Recalls (twice per year)
• Kosher Program maintenance
• Halal Program maintenance
• Product Certification Packets Owner
• Raw Material Supplier Auditing (via documentation)
• Back up to QA Document Coordinator & QA Batch Record Review
• Change Control Coordination
• Material of Construction Tracking for all Equipment to aid process review
• Reconciliation of Controlled Logbooks for Quality Assurance
• Questionnaires and Document Responses as needed
• Process Validations as needed
• Investigations as needed
• Complaint responses as needed
• SOP development as needed
