Quality Assurance Technician I - Batch Record Review

Position: Full time

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Four years of chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with batch records.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Must have a quality and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to utilize a computer and Microsoft Office.
• Very high attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Interact with other departments to accomplish goals.
• Strong understanding of complex processes and technical equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity demands.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Strong grammar, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information.
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure that documents are correct and capture all required information.
• Generate new ideas for content and production workflow solutions.
• Review and copy/edit information provided by other team members.
• Analyze information for creation or revision of documents as needed.
• Ensure documents adhere to established format, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Review existing documentation and revise as needed to comply with overall quality standards.
• Conduct various Quality tasks in the plant environment.
• Other QA duties as needed

• First shift, full time, hourly position
