Quality Assurance Technician I - Batch Record Review

Position: Full time

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Four years of chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping requirements

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Must have a quality and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to utilize a computer and Microsoft Office.
• Very high attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Interact with other departments to accomplish goals.
• Strong understanding of complex processes and technical equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity demands.

Primary Responsibilities

• Print all labels for finished goods and verify for accuracy and count thereof.
• Conduct physical checks of all products destined to be shipped for all aspects of accuracy.
• Physical checks include customer POs, invoices, pick sheets, shipping labels, etc.
• Ensure all errors found during checks are appropriately and promptly resolved.
• Release finished goods for shipping.
• Complete related Good Manufacturing practices paperwork for historical recording.
• Conduct various Quality tasks in the plant environment.
• Preparing and shipping customer samples.
• Other QA duties as needed
