Quality Assurance Programs Supervisor

Position: Full time

Background

• The Quality Assurance Programs Supervisor will oversee and direct the quality assurance programs team to maintain and drive compliance to ICH Q7, FSMA, and future regulatory compliance demands. This is a varied team is of experts that the Quality Assurance Programs Supervisor will lead by providing guidance and clear direction as it relates to the company's strategic quality objectives.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Chemistry

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordination and oversight of
  • All QA Special Programs
  • Laboratory and equipment qualifications
  • Data Integrity Compliance
  • Mock Recall Program
  • Electronic Quality Management System (QMS) software
  • All customer quality compliance requirements
  • Process validations
  • Certifications (Kosher, Halal, Food Safety,...)
  • Standard Operating Procedures and related document management
  • Questionnaires and document responses
  • Annual Product Quality Reviews
  • Quality Agreements
  • Related quality metrics
  • Batch records and production records control
  • Other duties as applicable

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA expectations (21 CFR 110, 111, 210, 211, and/or ICH)
• Strong technical writing skills and understanding of complex processes and technical equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity demands
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required

Position Details

• Reports to QA Manager
• Seven direct reports
• First shift, full time, salaried position (shiftwork occasionally required)
