• Works under general supervision of the Lab Supervisor in a c-GMP regulated manufacturing environment operating under Q7A standards
• Employees in positions at this level of the series are entry-level, interested in growing their career in the science field.

Tasks

• Perform a wide variety of Quality Department clerical tasks
• Complete with detail and efficiency Customer Questionnaires
• Complete with efficiency Customer Statement Requests
• Work with Quality and Sales teams on templates for questionnaires
• Data input for various spreadsheets and requirements
• Perform scheduled mock recalls
• Product input for company certifications
• Develop a tracking and retrieval of supplier correspondence questionnaires
• Assist QA department in any other tasks d

Specifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Entry level (0-2 years) experience
• Knowledge of:
  • Mathematics and Science (Basic level)
  • MS Office software package, Word and Excel
  • Adobe familiarity
• Skill in:
  • Working effectively and efficiently on multiple projects at once
  • Working effectively in a team environment
  • Typing
  • Responding to rapidly changing demands
  • Eye for detail
  • Data input
