As a Process Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes for the production of various products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chemical processes for the production of various products.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain process control strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on process design and results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of chemical engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process design and optimization.
• Proficient in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a production environment.
• Familiarity with process control systems such as DCS or PLC.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for chemical processes.
