Position: Full time

Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

Reports to Controller

The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst will be working under the general direction of the Controller, providing accounting and analytical support to various operating groups to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting records and to support business decision making. This is a well-rounded role for someone who aspires to hone their full-cycle accounting skills as well as to make an impact from a financial analysis capacity. This is a corporate level position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close activities related to fixed assets, accruals and deferrals, and various reconciliations. Evaluate for and act on process improvement opportunity where applicable.
• Manage intercompany billings and reconciliations. Provide support to subsidiaries from both a system perspective and a process perspective. Resolve discrepancies.
• Be an instrumental part in the new ERP implementation; ensure validity and accuracy of the system through analyses, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist the Controller with government surveys, audit requests and year-end financial deliverables as needed.
• Additional duties and/or projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office required. Proficient in Excel.
• Proactive, organized, with excellent communication skills.
