Jost Chemical Poland sp. z o.o., production company in chemical/food industry, for a factory located in Kościan, PL, is currently looking for a person who will fulfill the position of:

Customer Service Specialist

Position Summary

As a customer service specialist you will work fulfilling customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction for a growing manufacturing business in the nutritional and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Tasks:

• Providing daily customer service to European customers,
• Orders management, responding to customer queries,
• Scheduling product deliveries,
• Initiating, managing and distributing invoices for clients,
• Cooperation with the company's headquarters in the USA.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fluent command of spoken and written English is a MUST,
• Computer literacy of upper-intermediate level (Office, esp. Excel),
• Ability to understand customer needs,
• Excellent communication skills, very good teamwork,
• Good work organization.
