Jost Chemical, www.jostchemical.com, a global leader in the manufacture of high purity specialty chemicals for pharmaceutical products is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a partner with the CEO in leading our global Finance and Accounting operations. Looking for initiative-taking, forward thinking seasoned finance leader able to apply finance expertise and business acumen through all financial functions of a chemical manufacturing company.

The Chief Financial Officer will be a member of the Management team reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for:

Strategic global finance and accounting operations leadership with a focus of treasury, budgeting, strategic forecasting, audit, tax, financial reporting, inventory and costing, and risk management. This person will have complete control over: staffing/leadership needs, staff development, performance management and compensation.

The Chief Financial Officer will need:

An individual with a demonstrated history of progressive success and growth.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred.

A minimum of 15 years' experience in Accounting and Finance with increasing responsibilities, chemical manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience required.

Experience in managing finance operations of foreign subsidiaries required.

Proven ability to create strategic plans and successfully execute them to obtain desired results.

Information Technology management/ERP system experience required.
