Training and Development Manager 

Jost Chemical, www.jostchemical.com, a global leader in the manufacture of high purity specialty chemicals for pharmaceutical products is looking for a Training and Development Manager to develop, facilitate and supervise training programs for all Jost Employees.

If you have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, are a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills and have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment this Training and Development Manager position is for you.

 

Training and Development Manager

Position: Full time.

Training and Development Manager 

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.

Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.

Develop training materials that target tangible results.

Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

Drive Jost brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.

Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization goals.

Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

Manage the technologies required to develop, manage, and deliver training.

Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, learning & development, organizational design, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development management.

Manufacturing experience a plus.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.

Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strategic and creative mindset.

Meticulous attention to detail.
