Position: Full time.

IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their progress.
• Working with corporate management to develop and prioritize a list of projects, their benefit, and estimated ROI.
• Working closely with clients and serving as a liaison between them and the IT Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with departmental managers to identify potential project needs.
• Identify resource requirements for each project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Incorporate current project management and development standards into processes. (ITIL compliant preferred)

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have strong teaming abilities
• Minimum three years project management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
